Art Therapy is a new way to deal with stress and anxiety issues. The art teacher at my school got funding to get art materials and started a program in my school. We were very lucky that we had an art class, but some schools in India don't have the funding so they don't have an art class or any way of getting these materials. Art teachers should be able to use art therapy because it is a good way to help people express their feelings, reactions, etc. Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses the creative process of art-making to improve one's mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
