The plot is majorly set in Hogwarts, a school for witchcraft and wizardry training, and is about the fight of Harry Potter with Lord Voldemort, who is the villain in the series. 

Percy Jackson and the Olympians: Another novel that is also from the adventure fantasy genre is the five-book series by Rick Riordan. Percy Jackson is a half-blood prince, and stories are about his fights with various villains and his friends. Percy Jackson is also a prominent character in other books written by the writer. The series was also on the New York Times Best Seller list for 245 weeks. 

Diary of a young girl: The book is the diary of a Jew girl named Anne Frank. It is about when Hitler was ruling Germany, and they wanted to wipe out Jews from the land of Germany completely. It revolves around how the family goes into hiding with another family. The struggles of Anne Frank and how the family was under constant threat. The diary, however, is incomplete as the Nazis found them, and Anne Frank faced an unfortunate death. Nevertheless, reading the book stirs up empathy in people for those who had to face that tragedy. 

The fault in our stars: If you are an absolute digger for romantic novels, The fault in our stars by John Green is a must for you to read. The plot is about Augustus Waters and Hazel Grace meeting at a self-help group from where their friendship starts and soon converts to love. The story progresses with them supporting each other and Augustus fulfilling Hazel's dream to meet her favorite author to know more about the characters of his book. Beautifully written, it is sure to make tears drop out of your eyes.
